Recently I became a designated Pricing Strategy Advisor with the National Association of Realtors. I specialize in assisting clients with the transition of selling one home to purchase another and working with first-time home buyers. In addition, I have extensive experience in working with developers, builders, and landowners in the marketing and sales of small and large-scale residential subdivision projects. I have been the recipient of multiple RE/MAX 100% Club Awards, RE/MAX Executive Awards and the 2010 Award for Top Ten RE/MAX Teams in New England. I attended Regis College, in Weston, MA, where I studied Public Relations, Marketing, and later attended Bryant University with a major in Marketing.
I have practiced real estate since 2005, first under the RE/MAX brand, where I was awarded numerous sales awards until I later became a partner after establishing The Mello Group with my husband Gary in 2011. I continue to reside in Swansea MA, where I was raised, with my husband Gary and my three sons. I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, walking, investing and selling real estate!
