Jennifer Thomas Mello is a top-producing real estate broker, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur with a reputation for excellence, leadership, and inspiration. As managing broker, partner, and team leader at The Mello Group, she leads one of the most successful residential real estate teams in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Her specialties include assisting clients with buying and selling homes, navigating transitions between properties, and marketing new developments and subdivision projects for builders, developers, and landowners.
Jennifer holds prestigious designations including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and she is one of only 11 realtors appointed to the Rhode Island Association of Realtors® Forms Committee. She also serves on the Professional Development Committee, reflecting her commitment to raising the standards of the industry.
Since 2014, Jennifer has been honored with the Greater Providence Board of Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award, most recently earning the highest level—Platinum Plus in 2024—for surpassing $20 million in annual sales.
In addition to her real estate career, Jennifer is a passionate motivational speaker who frequently presents at universities, conferences, and leadership events. She has delivered keynote addresses at Roger Williams University, Bryant University, and was a headlining speaker at Roger Williams University’s Annual Women’s Conference. Alongside her teenage son, she also presents a powerful and personal keynote on overcoming the fear of public speaking, inspiring students and aspiring entrepreneurs to find their voice and step into their potential. She is especially committed to supporting the dreams of young people and helping them build confidence in both life and business. Jennifer is the founder of AccomplisHER Academy, a vibrant women’s networking, empowerment, and referral community that hosts monthly events to motivate, educate, and connect female entrepreneurs. Through this platform, she champions collaboration, business growth, mindset shifts, and strategic leverage to help women live and lead with purpose.
