I am Liz Schultz, Realtor® and Associate Broker at The Mello Group.
My real estate career started about 16 years ago when I worked on the development team that built the Residences Providence luxury condominiums, the Brewery Loft Condominiums in Boston, as well as other real estate development projects throughout New England.
Since then, I have been successfully selling real estate in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island for over 12 years and have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. I am a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The National Association of Realtors® and Massachusetts Association of Realtors® and Rhode Island Association of Realtors®
It has been such a pleasure providing real estate services to my clients over the years. I have met the most fascinating people in my career and it is so rewarding to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. Whether it is a buyer purchasing their first home, their forever home, or their dream home or, helping someone through life changing events or unexpected losses, I am blessed and thankful to have the ability to practice real estate as my career while helping others.
I am fortunate to be a lifelong resident of New England and truly believe we live in one of the most beautiful places in the country. Aside from being a full-time Realtor®, I am married to my high school sweetheart James, and mother of two sons, and of course my Fur Baby Finn.
I love to travel to tropical places (especially to the Caribbean and the British Virgin Islands), listen to great music and entertain friends and family. I also enjoy cooking, meeting new people, boating, exploring new places, selling real estate and living life to the fullest!
I love being by the water and have recently moved to the East Bay where we found our dream home. It would be my honor to help you find your dream home, sell your existing home or assist you with any real estate needs you may have now or in the months and years to come!
I hope your journey always leads you home, wherever that may be. Let me guide you there!
