Nick has been a resident of Southeastern Massachusetts his entire life. His love for real estate first came as an investor. He has experience purchasing and remodeling local single-family homes for the last three years. Through Nick’s investments, he discovered a true passion for real estate and decided he would like to make this his career. Having been on both the selling and purchasing sides of his investments, he feels that he can really relate to what his clients’ needs are on both sides of a typical real estate transaction. He understands the psychology behind the art of the negotiation, he realizes the importance of exhibiting strong communication skills and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience for his clients.

Nick is quickly gaining momentum in his real estate career! Nick specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate, commercial real estate, new construction, and representing investors. Nick is a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Active Member of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Multiple Listing Services.

Nick holds a Bachelors degree of Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and was a public school teacher for 6 years. He has also been an exhibiting artist and an actor in local community theatre. When not selling real estate, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fine art, fishing, cooking, theatre, and golf.
